Answer: This is kit. Flooring including but you still need base.Question: When you say you still need base, what exactly does that mean? is it wood or something you sell separately?
Answer: You need some type of base support to stabilize the unit. If you have a concrete backyard that will work. I have a smaller version 8x6 on solid soil and it’s fine. It does come with a plastic base at about 1” in height.Question: does this come with a plastic floor? im not talking about a base deck to put the whole thing on

After the small house was installed, it began to rain. The sundries in the house were very dry, and the rain did not affect them at all.

We have the house last year in a little smaller version and are totally enthusiastic. That's why an 8o cm larger version is also purchased. Not yet set up but if it is the same as the slightly smaller, then it will be ready within 2 days. Looks great, everyone who looks it is enthusiastic. Very stable and pretty big

I liked the fact I was able to put it together all by myself. It did take me 4-6 Hours to complete without rushing. Instead of a flat surface like concrete or a wooden platform to place and level the shed, we just went with rocks as a foundation and made it as leveled as we could. The shed was able to straighten out more, the more I had it completed in regards to the walls. Overall pretty happy with this shed!!

My boyfriend put it together and I helped a little. It is wonderful and holds a lot more than I thought it would. Make sure and read instructions thoroughly before starting. We did put it up in one day. It was harder to put the foundation down.

The overall price is relatively cost-effective. The weight of this house, placed upstairs, does not need to be fixed with expansion screws. It is already very heavy, do not worry about it at all

Not built yet but if it works the same as the slightly smaller one then it will be ready within 2 days. Looks great, everyone who sees it loves it. very stable and quite big

Arrived on time with all the pieces. Assembly instructions were visual (drawings) and easy to follow. Definitely a 2 person job (in this case an amputee and his lady!) Recommend putting it on a solid wood, or solid pavers/cinder block base. Building and leveling the base was the hardest part for us. There's a floor included, but it needs a solid, sturdy, leveled base built beneath it. You're on your own for this part! Love the shed though. It's attractive, sturdy, the double-doors are wide enough for the yard tractor and work great. Would recommend.

The building is perfect. It's a 3 person job to build. Make sure you are building it on a level surface. It holds up very well against heavy rain, no leaks. So far in 25mph winds it held up very well. We are in a hurricane area so we will anchor it down.
