It makes great coffee. It takes a couple of days to get used to, and I recommend changing the grind setting 2 notches finer because once I did that I have had perfect coffee. But I recommend you just take a couple days to play around with different videos and watch a few youtube videos and it won't the long to dial in the perfect coffee.

Absolutely best machine we’ve ever owned. Easy to clean, I love how the pipette for the milk frother splits so everything can be washed in the dishwasher completely. It took some tweaking to get the espresso grind and temperature nailed for our preferred beans, but it’s perfect every time now. Great for parties. 20 people can get coffee in 15 minutes and you only have to explain how it works once.

The lattego feature is amazing. I have 0 complaints. It's easy to clean and use.

Like most people I’ve drank coffee out of cheap machines and Bunns my whole life thinking that was what coffee should taste like. WRONG!!! Normally I had to drown my coffee in creamer and sugar to drink it, but not with the Phillips machine! Now I drink it black with a 2 small packs of Stevia and enjoy the coffee instead of the creamer. Even cheaper whole bean coffee from the grocery store tastes significantly better. Initially the latte and cappuccino options were for my wife, but I will admit to still partaking in a dressed up coffee on occasion. 😁 I made a peppermint mocha using the latte function for a friend and was told it tasted just like Starbucks. That pretty much says it all.

We have tried several super automatic machines and this one is our favorite. Got the 3200 one year ago and haven’t had any issues. One piece of advice for those with frothing issues; even though we properly clean after each use, the wand will eventually get dirty and won’t froth milk well. Drop the rubber boot and wand into the dishwasher and it is as good as new. We are using the aqua clean filters and have not had to descale once (over a year). With some basic care (which all super automatics need) the machine will treat you right.

I haven't gone to the coffee stand since buying this. It's easy to work with and easy to clean. It makes a delicious shot, I will say use good espresso beans, that makes the difference. I haven't used the ground coffee option but it does have it and I bought decaf grounds just in case I wanted a delicious coffee late at night. I've mostly used the latte macchiato, cappucino, and plain coffee options so far and have been thoroughly pleased with the functions. Great purchase, feels high end but doesn't break the bank.

We have used this machine every morning now for about 60 days. Makes great cappuccinos and macchiatos - froths the milk beautifully. We have only two complaints. First is the coffee bean hopper. I assume to save space so it fits under counter, they have made a somewhat flat space to pour the beans. There is not enough incline on the bottom for the beans to slide down to go to the grinder. For this reason, you have to take off the lid and move them into place with your hand every few cups of coffee. Second, if you want to make a cup using ground coffee, you can only put in one scoop of coffee and make one small cup at a time. This is kind of a pain as I don’t personally know anyone that only drinks a single cup of coffee that small. That being said- my daughter, friend, and mother all have “fancy” espresso/coffee machines. I think this one makes the best tasting coffee with the least amount of effort of all of them.

If I could have given this 10 stars, I would have. My husband and I shopped around for an upgraded coffee machine for a while before finally settling on this one. We were looking for a machine that would make everything all together - milk and all. We upgraded from the Nespresso original line with separate milk foamer. We’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and we are really happy with it! It makes an assortment of drinks at the press of a button!

This has a Saeco brew group and is ridiculously easy to clean, with everything coming apart very straightforwardly. The LatteGo container is a magnificent design, with the tiny "pipe" having about 3/4 of the circumference built on the outside edge of the cup, with the last bit closed up by being pressed against a silicone pad when it locks into the frame piece. Crazy easy to clean, and so far it is working well to put the whole assemby into the fridge in between coffees, so that I'm not having to wash and refill each time. This isn't a big deal, except that it can't get the last half teaspoon steamed out, and I don't like pouring the cold milk into my coffee to avoid wasting it. This way it's only every fourth cup or so. The bypass works well, if you want to switch between caffeinated and decaf, or if you're annoyed waiting for the machine to learn to make a decent puck and want a good cuppa in between the crummier ones.
