Answer: It is a brown top with white bottom plasticQuestion: Can this stay out in the winter?
Answer: Haven’t done a winter yet but my presumption is yes. Roof is corrugated plastic. Has been watertight in rain.Question: How does this anchor to the ground for permanent installation?
Answer: It has clips that go pretty deep - ours is very stableQuestion: does it come with privacy curtain as well as netting curtain?

Glad I had someone to help assemble. With 2 people it took over 8 hours

The rack was supposed to hold two people for three hours. It took us about seven hours, but it was worth it. The pavilion looked very noble, and Christina thought it was dyed bright blue or gray. The curtains are solid or maybe waterproof fibers hanging in the corners, so you have doors on both sides. Super exquisite.

Great sturdy product. Instructions are basic but pretty easy. It took me and my husband 4 hours to put it together. We had to get a third person to hold a few things in place a couple times. I'd recommend it.

At first I thought I wouldn’t like this tent. Unsure of the roof we thought it was solid metal. I changed my mind afterwards as it’s very durable and the screens are exceptionally strong. I think we will really enjoy it.
