Got this phone for my teen and she loves it, well worth the price. The box itself did come like pictured and the phone was dusty as a result but the phone itself seemed untouched (other than by dust).

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G it's a great device so far I got the 256GB model with 8GB of RAM and by comparing it to my current S20 FE side by side with the S21 FE the S21 FE is a little shorter and the S20 FE is a little taller but the one thing I don't like about the S21 FE is the back plastic when touching it with your finger it feel like one of those plastic tray that you get from the fast food restaurant and if you are planning to buy the S21 FE don't forget to purchase a skin wrap from sopiguard or dbrand and you might want to put a case on but I'm going to give the S21 FE 5 Star anyway it's a premium device with cheaper plastic back cover like a fast food to go plastic tray so far it's a really great phone

Took a picture of my puppy and as you can see, it takes good photos. I upgraded from a Samsung galaxy s7 so it's a major upgrade for me. I'm a 66 year old woman and it was easy to move all my stuff from my old phone to the new one. So far I love this phone and the battery lasts all day into the evening. Very happy 😊

I come from a samsung j7 (2016) and having this cell phone is so beautiful, it is a great change I like it so much, I love that it comes factory unlocked, I am from Honduras I have Red Tigo and it worked 100% from the first time I used it I put the chip, I don't have to go around activating the cell phone and spending more, I haven't tried facial recognition, I feel that the fingerprint reader is difficult, I always have to put my little finger at least twice because it doesn't recognize it, I think it is downloaded a little fast, it's at 100% I start playing for a while and I already have it at 97 and a game that is not so difficult (Beach buggy), sometimes I feel that it gets hot from the top next to the camera I think it's because I'm glued to the cell phone all day and the ambient temperature here doesn't help, when I put it to charge it charges fast in about 1 hour and 10 or 30 minutes, the rear camera is sensational I love its night mode it's very sharp, the front camera does not leave me very happy if you are not in good condition Light conditions will make the photo look weird, the 4k video is amazing, the cell phone has good functions, I really recommend it a lot, the color is beautiful. In its box only came the cell phone, the charger and some papers. If you are interested in this cell phone, buy it, it is a good choice, you will not regret it.

Finally an android phone that my husband is extremely happy with. The screen quality is exceptional. The cameras are phenomenal. Stills and videos are on par with the best in the industry. Fingerprint reader is quite finicky but not atrocious. Battery life seems to be improving now that it's been in use for a few days. System seems to be learning and adapting accordingly. A full day of heavy use is easily available. If you are in the market for an excellent Android device, do yourself a favor and definitely consider the Galaxy S20 FE.

Have has the new phone for a couple of days now, still getting used to it as it's a huge step up from my S7. Two things I've noticed right away is the power button and volume up-and-down are both on the right side and I keep hitting the volume down button to close out my phone, a bit of annoyance. They other thing I don't like is if someone message you through messenger or send you a text message, you don't know that there is a message waiting. With my S7 if someone message through messenger there would be a green flashing light, same with a text message there would be a blue flashing light. It seems they have eliminated that option with the S20 FE. Now I have to frequently check my phone to see if there is a message waiting. Sorry but I'm not one of those people that have my phone glued to my hand and again, this is bit of an annoyance. Those are my only 2 negative drawbacks so overall

I like this phone, the dimensions are perfect for me, works fine, Samsung in my opinion has a lot of bloatware, but overall a great phone, now we'll see if I get three years out of it.

My last phone was a Samsung S8 and I loved it... especially the screen... no scratches at all. The S20fe 5g came with a screen protector that has scratched. Because it came with the protector, I am afraid to remove it. I don't know if the glass is as good as the S8 had. I purchased new protectors... just haven't put them on yet. But again love the phone! Miss the biometric scanner that was on the S8.

Only had it for a couple of weeks and still learning after switching from iphone. General impression is that it can do more than the iphone, more customizable. Having said that I'm having trouble sorting out notification sounds so that I can be sure what is notifying me. That issue should be fixable, but it is my biggest problem right now. Otherwise I find the phone fast, battery lasts and charges quickly, camera is excellent. Bluetooth works better than my old phone, all in all a great upgrade for me.
