This furniture is as expected by description. All parts were included, even had some extra. Color is as shown in picture and cushions are not very thick but are comfortable.

One piece for one of the loungers was not connecting properly so the back would not function correctly - since this furniture needs to be put together we understand this can happen. We sent customer service pictures and an explanation, and the issue was resolved promptly. The furniture looks very nice and sturdy. We are happy with our decision to buy this furniture.
