Additional shelves are sold separately in sets of 2 and can be placed anywhere inside the unit. Easy to assemble with all parts and hardware numbered and separated, it might be a fun family project putting it together.

Assembly was easy when all three boxes finally arrived. I always use Gorilla Glue for the drawer boxes...

I am pretty impressed on how this armoire turns out. It is beautiful and quality seems decent. Very spacious. All my cloth and even shoes fit in the closet. Definitely love it. However, it does only come with 2 shelves so I had to buy additional shelves to make full use of the closet. I can speak on how complicated the assembly is since I hired someone. But even with a professional, it took him about 3 hour to finish the job.

I recently moved to a loft-type studio apartment with one average size closet and no other real storage space. This wardrobe was an absolute necessity. Fortunately, it looks great, was fairly easy (but time-consuming) to assemble and looks like it will last a long time.
