Question: Can you bolt this to a concrete patio?
Answer: Yes, it can be bolted to a concrete patio. The gazebo comes with a flange at the bottom of each leg and it can be bolted (or screwed) to a wooden deck or concrete patio. You just need to find the correct size bolts or screws for the concrete.Question: what is the distance between the legs?
Answer: 9ft. 4in. X 11ft. 1in.Question: Is this an all year round gazebo? Will it withstand snow?
Answer: I think the instructions said it can withstand upto six inches of snow. We just went through our first winter with it up and while it did snow alot one time (6-10 inches) and plenty of times with little accumulation (less then an inch or two) I didn't have to "shovel" it off as it didn't collect on the roof.Question: Does the expert installation include building it and anchoring it to the concrete patio?

Went together more easily than I expected. Definitely easier with 2 people, but we had it up in a day, working on it on and off. Perfect for shelter and shade above the hot tub!

I am super happy with this purchase!! Easy to assemble took about 6 hours in total but directions were perfect and it didn’t seem like it was that long, we did time it! After assembling the top as instructed you do need multiple people to lift it and get the legs secured. Looks beautiful, really sturdy.

Took my son and I 12hrs to put together that’s also including digging in and cementing footings. Directions are not for a beginner if you don’t normally put things together you may have some difficulty. Seems sturdy enough so far it is a really nice gazebo I would recommend it.

Perfect for offering shade and so much more. This turned out better than I imagined. Putting it together is not difficult just time consuming. One step you need several people. We had to call in the neighbors. Other steps to assemble are very manageable to do with 1 to 2 people. Very pleased with how it turned out!

Very happy with this purchase....I looked around and what I especially liked about this is the design of the top accent piece of the gazebo...it gave it a more decorative look. Luckily my husband is very handy and put this together I would say in about 6 hours. I can see however where this would be hard for someone and they may need additional help. Happy to have the mosquito netting though which will be wonderful when sitting outside in the evening.

My wife and I assembled this ourselves, we are in our mid 60s and read the instructions, but after watching a video on Youtube decided to assemble the roof piece by piece onto the leg and sidebar assembly instead of assembling the roof and then lifting it into place as a complete unit as it would have been too heavy for 2 people. Much easier!! The few bolt holes didn't quite line up and had to be filed a bit but i had a round file so it wasn't too bad. After completion and being mounted on our deck, it rattles a little bit when walking across the deck due to slight bounce in the floor boards. Not sure if I'll pursue a cure or not yet. Slightly annoying. Looks good, solid, seems quiet in the rain too.
