Customer questions & answers
Question: Set up options
Answer: set up was hard and needed 2 people at the minimum half of the time. For the roof I needed 4 people to stand up the roof. not easy and took alot of work. Very nice when completed though.Question: which roof material is true- is it galvanized steel or polycarbonate amidst 2 item description indicated?
Answer: galvanized steelQuestion: What is the weight of snow roof can hold???
Answer: Snow Load Capacity: 2500 Pounds
Wind Rating: 40 Miles Per Hour
Roof Hanging Weight Capacity: 15 PoundsQuestion: Can this be assembled if close to edge of deck? Do you need room on the sides or can it be build by edges of a deck?
Answer: You will need to have access to all four sides from the outside in order to complete the construction of the Gazebo. Superstructure/under roof beams, etc can generally be put together from under the unit but you will need to be on the outside of the upper rails to secure those beams properly to the outside rails. Most importantly, is the need to be outside the rails to install the roofing panels and that must be done all the way around the unit.
Short answer- as long as you have access by ladder or some other means from outside the deck you can assemble the gazebo on a deck. -

I love this pavilion! (that’s what we call it) Every time I go outside, I love it more. It is great for literally everything. We bought it to go next to our pool because we didn’t have any shade, but we have used it for working out, visiting with family, eating meals and shucking beans from our garden! The screens zip up and protect us from the bugs; the curtains zip up and provide shade. The only negative thing I can say is that the zippers will slide off the bottom and get lost if you don’t keep track of them. This is definitely worth the money though and I highly recommend it.
V***GFGreat gazebo! No missing parts. No damage in shipping. Went together nicely. No problems. Will take two people to assemble and a good 4 to 5 hrs. I Would recommend it. Very sturdy and a full mesh and solid curtains. Thank you.
V***BCThe gazebo is also incredibly sturdy. We have ours on an outside deck that is 50’ above the ground and subject to heavy winds. So we bolted the corner posts to pressure-treated wood blocks that in turn are bolted to the deck joists. Even with a recent storm where winds topped 60mph, the gazebo wasn’t damaged in the slightest (but make sure the curtains are properly tied up on the corner posts). And finally, the customer service has been amazing. We had some shipping delays (par for the course nowadays), but the service team was quick to provide tracking numbers and other assistance. What more can I say? I am extremely happy with this purchase.
M***JBought this product due to some of the good reviews. Not disappointed at all. Shipment was earlier than expected. All 4 boxes arrived at the same time. Remember there are 4 boxes to this kit. All boxes arrived with very little to no damage, just some surface breakage. No damage to any of the product. Since the product arrived earlier than expected, the build started earlier too. Took 5 hrs for myself to spread a tarp out (since building on my new resurfaced deck), spread out all the framing parts, inventory them, and build the complete frame. The instructions don't have text on them, but if you look them over carefully and study the parts, it's a piece of cake. At least for me. I stopped at putting the roofing panels on, because it got warm and late in the day. 4 days later I put the roof on, by myself (well, wife handed some parts). Here is a small hint when putting the roof panels on. This helped me put them up and keep them up until time to bolt them on. Use the very long 6mm bolts and slide them in at the bottom of the panel, where the regular bolts go through. Just the bolts no nuts, they are there just to keep the panels in place until they are all up on one side. I only put a couple in each panel.. Then put the regulars bolts in with the spacers. I did this with the small top roof section and the large bottom section. Made it a one person job. The roofing part took another 3 hrs, but I was in no hurry. I did need help in getting the bolts and nut tight.
M***NMLooks great - far more expensive looking than the cost. The roof layers were challenging but finally manageable. Based on Looks & Value, this is a five star product!
B**BMy husband says it was easy to assemble. It took him, his dad and uncle to put it up. (They do have prior construction experience) It took them 2 separate afternoons because of rain, about 6 -7 hours total. My husband did choose to use a different anchor for our new concrete (something deeper) but also said the ones sent were good. I love the gazebo and am very happy with it! Super nice looking and great quality, very sturdy. Our house is still under construction but we get lots of compliments on the gazebo already.
H**JJust like the picture. We love it. Everything was clearly thought out in the design, down to rhe sewed in hook in the screen that hooks through a grommeted hole in the curtain which secures both to the posts. We received 7 boxes much earlier than the delivery date. All parts were marked. We opened each box, counted and marked each piece individually in case they were removed from the box. We also counted every screw in case something was missing so we could order and have it when we were ready to assemble. My husband and I put the frame together and squared it. My brother-in-law helped my husband to assemble the rest while I handed them the parts. My husband figured out the directions that included pictures and parts by number or letter. It took them a long afternoon to finish. We purchased the 20 x 12.
C***XLove this thing!! Came in a few boxes very well packaged no damage due to packaging!! Instructions are clear but some advice when putting the panels up. This is two person job just due to the bolts and nuts and spacers involved. With two people this could be assembled in about 8 hours I did 4 one day for frame and 4 for next day for panels but learned a few lessons. When you put panels in do not tighten till the end. Also do not do the overlaps till last. This will ensure you are lined up correctly first. The rain guards go “in the Rail” not above it so when sliding in sides make sure they go in the rails. When a side is complete you can tight down. I found a drill with Allan head to work the best instead of the key and also a regular wrench instead of one provided. One last thing for installing on the deck I used tie downs made for deck that allow me to tie down from each corner instead of just the bottom of the legs. This gives rigidity. In winds I would recommend it and piece of mind
GH****FSo happy with this purchase. The quality is amazing, better than I anticipated. A delightful refuge from the sun and mosquitos. Privacy curtains and netting are on separate tracks, a nice touch. There is also netting on the vented roof to ensure no pesky mosquitos sneak in.
*MI received the unit within a few days. After opening the 4 boxes and calculating the unit to weigh approx 250lbs. I found the instructions for assembly to be excellent. All parts are carfully wrapped and lettered. After arranging all items I put the posts and sections together in 3 hours by myselft with my wife helping to hold the posts. Roof on in another 4 hours. Good idea to put the allen wrench and Phillips head in separate low torque drills. Makes the job much easier. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the unit. Would highly recommend.
