Very well built gazebo. Some parts came bent, or scratched. Customer service was contacting me before I even got the order to make sure ingot everything. Help me thru the whole delivery process. When I explained my issues they were very quick to get me whatever I needed. Great Customer Service!! Really not difficult to assemble if you are handy. Couple places you can use an extra set of hands but can be done by one person. I built mine 95% by myself. Very happy with the gazebo.

Overall this seems to be extremely sturdy. As other reviews stated the roof is the most time consuming. Don’t tighten down the roof structures and top (just make them a little snug) until the panels are on then go back and tighten the bolts and nuts. Total time was around 7 hours with three people with minimal breaks. That included from box to finished product. Only two items were bent which were minimal. My interactions with customer service were excellent long story, but they were extremely responsive. I ran water over the top like a rainfall and there were no leaks, water came out the four corner ports as intended. This is by far the sturdiest gazebo I’ve put up and should be the last. I suggest at least three people to reduce your time, instructions are okay, but could be a little more helpful especially with the roof assembly. This is a good buy. Last I actually saw this gazebo at a wedding hall go figure. Hope this helps.

My handyman put this together by himself working just three hours a day. He worked on it over the course of 5-6 days. It adds character and beauty to my yard. I wish I had purchased the blue curtains. The beige don’t do much for the gazebo. I may buy replacement curtains next year. The seller was awesome and kept in constant contact from purchase to shipping to delivery. When parts were bent in shipping, seller offered compensation because my handyman was able to straighten out the parts. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller. I am a pleased with the look of the finished product. I can’t wait to furnish it.

This is a great looking, sturdy gazebo! The instructions are picture based, but anyone who’s assembled furniture from Ikea will have no problems. It ships parcel delivery and is well packaged inside. The roof is a bit tricky but nothing that is overwhelming. You just have to have patience and work at it. All told, this took about 10 hours to assemble over a few days. We built the legs and “bottom” half in an evening and then knocked the top frame and roof on a weekend. Overall we’re very pleased with the item and Purple Leaf Market as a seller. They’re very responsive to questions and are very easy to work with.

This was a very satisfying purchase. My friend assembled it primarily by himself. I helped them tighten down the roof as one person needed to be above and one below. It is beautiful, sturdy and functional. The curtains are extremely high quality and create a beautiful barrier from the elements if used during the rainy season. The netting keeps all unwanted pests out and I will enjoy this for many years to come. I highly recommend this over some of the other ones I've seen in the local Big Box stores. Enjoy👍

I've put together a few of these. This went together really well. There are LOTS of parts, but the instructions are good. I took my time, and had no issues. I needed a second person for a couple of steps; otherwise I did it all myself. We are really happy with the finished product! It's a great gazebo, and we hope to be enjoying it for many years to come.

This is a really nice and well designed gazebo. The instructions were pretty straight forward and easy to understand. I deff recommend looking through them a few times before assembly to familiarize yourself with the project. My son and I had it together in about 6 hrs.

We love the gazebo as a whole. Having someone help is a must. the issues with the holes lining up on the roof can be resolved by not tightening down the panels until you put the next panel in place. this requires a ladder or 2 for sure. But will make sense as you put the panels in place from left to right. I'd recommend that you separate out the panels first. they are mirrored sets. The little plastic pieces that go on the edges of the angled panels will fall off a times. I didn't tighten any of the support rails fully until the panels where all in place. this helped in not having a lot of alignment issues with the holes. We had rain a few days after the setup was completed. only 1 bolt hole was leaking because I forgot to tighten it down. Overall it's a great product. But this is a few day project :)

The final assembled product is exactly what we wanted. I personally enjoyed the assembly process. It took my wife aged 62 and myself aged 77, three days to assemble. We needed a day of rest after each day. But the customer service was outstanding. A 16 minute video and updated instructions where provided and alternative solutions to a part that had slight damage were also given. A note on assembly: You need to be able to read the instructions and interpret the drawings. we needed two step ladders, one 6 ft and one 8 ft. I also used a power tool with a hex bit instead of the Allen wrench provided. A 13mm socket wrench was also helpful. This gazebo was placed on a new poured concrete slab and the bolting of the legs to the concrete slap required a 1/4" concrete bit and power drill. Bottom line, with the right tools and individuals with assembly skills this can be assembled with ease.

We are loving our new gazebo. We bought the 12x16. Metal materials are sturdy and the finish looks real nice. The netting and curtains are heavy duty too. It has a lot of parts. It came in 5 big boxes. Purple leaf contacted us and let us know how many boxes were coming and the tracking number, and they even asked that we let them know when we received the boxes. We took our time assembling. It took about 12 hours total. Don’t skip ahead. Follow the Instructions in order, including not fully tightening the screws until it tells you. We did have 1 metal bracket that was mis-drilled and all of the holes were off. Purple leaf was very easy to work with. They responded within a day and shipped out a whole new box. The single part we needed was out of stock so they offered to ship an entire 1 of the 5 boxes to us again so that we would not have to wait several months for the single part. We added some lights to the inside for at night. It looks beautiful. If I ever move, I would buy another gazebo like this one.
