Customer questions & answers
Question:Hi can u stand up when u are inside this please
Answer:No, you can't stand up inside this chicken coop.Question:Is the coop suitable for 4 birds to sleep in with an additional run?
Answer:With extra run yesQuestion:What are exact dimensions? the hen house looks large in a photo, it looks more then h103cm? do you think is suitable for a cat?
Answer:The living area would be fine for a catQuestion:This came up when I was looking for a rabbit hutch, I am buying two bunnies and wondered is it a suitable home for them? The ladder?
Answer:Yes this coop is suitable for rabbits. However, depending on the size of your rabbits you may need to change the ladder.Question:Can this be used for rabbits
Answer:Would be great. All you would need to do is make a better way for the bunnies to get up into the coop. Abit of decking screwed underneath the ladder would work. But a better way would be just use a couple of breeze blocks or a medium sized filled flower pot. They’ll work it out in secondsQuestion:Do I need to weather paint this?
Answer:You do not need to weather paint the Chicken Coop Hen House right away. The wood has already been treated, painted and stained. It will be fine in the weather for the coming year. After the first year, check and see if it looks necessary to put on another coat of paint and stain.Question:How easy is this to clean?
Answer:I keep chickens in this Hen house (I cannot give an answer for rabbits). Chickens are messy and cleaning after chickens is messy work. As with all well-made chicken houses, there is a tray that serves as the floor in the sheltered area. This tray slides out allowing easy access for cleaning.Question:Would this be suitable for ferrets??
Answer:Yes -
