Customer questions & answers
Question: Can the door be reversed?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. The door cannot be reversed.Question: Is the door removable? I don't really want to lock my dog in it. I'm just looking for an alternative to her bed laying in the middle of the floor.
Answer: When you assemble the crate, you can leave the door off.Question: What is the distance between the spindles? Are they big enough for a cat to squeeze through?
Answer: Cats are quite agile. A kitten or cat less than 10 pounds can squeeze through the spindles. It's a nice looking piece, but my lab chow puppy chewed through the spindles.Question: What are the actual measurements inside the crate?
Answer: 24" wide, 25" tall, 34" long. Those are measurements of the inside. -

We bought the large crate for our bedroom and use it as a side table. Our dog was already crate trained and it didn’t take much for him to adjust to this crate. It was easy to put together and a great value. We were impressed with the size and quality. We are very pleased with our purchase.
S***nI absolutely love this kennel. My puppy did chew on the door a little but stopped when I put bitter spray on it. It looks great in our living area. Very stylish and clean. 💕🐾💕🐾
S.****sThis crate is huge. It’s pretty we use it as a table/crate. My pup uses it when it storms or he just needs some time to himself. Worked great when the a c guy was in the house as my terror wanted to eat him.
Hai*******rollputting this together was a bit of a hassle, i definitely recommend a drill, but it was definitely worth it. it looks really nice in my home, and my dog loves it! it is much bigger than what it looks pictured, as my 5 year old pitbull fits with lots of room! i highly recommend this product, as it’s so much cuter than your typical crate
P**oMy dog looks like she’s in one of those jail wagons from the Wild West when she’s in it. It’s very nice looking and made of solid wood. My dog only uses it to sleep in at night, and she’s crate trained. I don’t know how well it would hold up to a chewer or an escape artist.
lin*******entsI bought the large size and it's perfect for my English Bull Terrier. We've had no issues with her trying to get out or chewing, thankfully! She loves it. It's like her den now and she'll go in there to lay down on her own with the door open. My husband thought we might need a stronger latch, but so far so good! I tried to find some pics that show the crate and our bull terrier. She likes to climb on top of it sometime, which does leave some marks, but not super noticable. Overall super happy!
The******esIt’s light weight - easy to move on the tile floor. Design lends itself to out island style - probably going to paint it once we are past the puppy stage. The white is a plus to see anything needing to be cleaned inside. Fits the dog bed perfectly. I hope to find a water & food system that will attach to the side - if I can’t find It that would be the only negative I can think of after using it for a month.
K.*****allPerfect for both of my small dogs to fit into (27 inch crate). It looks beautiful in person. You do want to be careful with the top as it will scratch easily.
L***yVery easy to assemble. Also a very sturdy piece of furniture. I have a fish tank some books and a lamp on top and it holds the weight just fine. My dog is about 18 pounds and she has plenty of room inside. When she has doggy play dates it more than fits two dogs comfortably. The only thing I would say pay attention to is the way that the door opens. You cannot change the direction that the door opens. I originally thought that I would be able to put it up against the wall however the door did not open the right way so I had to rethink where I was going to put it. Pay close attention to which way the door open so that you can plan accordingly for placing the furniture. In general with the door closed most people don’t even realize that it’s a dog kennel. Very passable functional furniture.
c***sI got this puppy today. I have to say that i am impressed. It went together fast, everything you need except a phillips is included. Once it is 100% assembles it is very sturdy and its huge. I read a couple of reviews on here where people said is was too small, people get that horse out of your house, it doesn't belong there. A great dane could fit in this thing. I put my dog and my 2 kids in there and still had room to spare. The finish is nice, whoever packed this thing did a superb job, bubble wrap inside a box wrapped around foam everything was secure and didn't bounce or slide during transit. There isn't a scratch or nick on it. I also read a review stating not for a "destructive dog", holy crap man, if you dog can tear this thing up, how do you sleep at night? I'd be worried that dog would be coming for me.
