PLEASE NOTE:

• If opting for the Solar Heating Kit, this pool will require four panels for optimum effect. Don't forget the chemical treatment kits and replacement cartridge filters, to extend the life of your pool water!
• All filter pump units must be placed 2 metres away from the pool.
• We recommend that filtration is turned OFF when the pool is in operation.
• We recommend a smooth concrete slab as a suitable base- contact a reputable local builder for advice on local soil conditions. Failure to set up the pool on a flat, level compact ground could result in the pool's collapse or the possibility that a person lounging in the pool could be swept out.
• Do not lean, straddle or exert pressure on the inflatable top ring or top rim as injury or flooding could occur. Do not sit on, climb or straddle the sides of the pool.

WARRANTY: This product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The liner is covered for 3 months and the electrical components for 1 year. There is no warranty on inflatable parts or accessories. In the event of a product failure a claim can only be made through the relevant warranty line.

Question:Does it come with the water?
Answer:Yes.. but water is in dry solution form.. you must use water to activate.

Question:Is this pool liner salwater compatible.
Answer:Yes. I have 2 sharks and a few stingrays in mine

Question:Do i have to have a different pump to make it saltwater
Answer:you use both the pump that comes with the pool and a saltwater pump that you have to purchase or acquire separately. the water goes through the pool pump first and then into the saltwater pump then back into the pool. The pool pump has to be on when the saltwater system is on. The saltwater system has a timer on it. You set the timer to run so many hours depending on the size of your pool. A 15' by 42" pool, the saltwater should be set for 3hours, usually after the sun sets so the chlorine will stay in the water longer. The saltwater pump will come on everyday at the same time. It only needs reset if for some reason it gets shut off.When the saltwater pump is not making chlorine the water simply flows through it and into the pool. My saltwater pump lasted about 9 years and it left the water crystal clear. Had to put 100 pounds of pool salt in at beginning of each season. Make sure the pool pump has been running about 1 day before setting the timer on saltwater pump. I always ran the pool pump 24/7. No problem with pool pump either. Just change filters about every few weeks.

Question:Does it come with the hoses for the pump? I know it doesnt have the pump but one review said it does have the hoses and one review said it didnt?
Answer:Yes it comes with the hoses just not the pump

Question:Can you add a waterfall to this pool?
Answer:Wouldn't recommend it.

Question:Does anyone know how heavy this it to move when empty ? Thanks :)
Answer:It is very easy to move around. I set mine up alone and take down alone no problem

Question:What is the plug on it?? Three prong or two?
Answer:It has three.
