Très satisfait de mon achat. Très bonne valeur qualité-prix. Fonctionne très bien, ça roule doux. bonne puissance et changement de vitesse en douceur. Je pèse 225lbs et aucun problème a me déplacer avec ce vélo quelque soit le mode utilisé. Je peux atteindre près de 30kmh en mode 100% électrique. C'est une motivation à aller faire du vélo tellement c'est agréable à conduire. L'assemblage est assez simple et facile (avec assistance des video Youtube) J'ai été témoin d'un bon service après vente non pas que j'ai eu des problèmes mais on s'est assuré du suivi de livraison et de ma satisfaction. Je recommande sans problème ce vélo.

J'adore mon nouveau vélo électrique. Belle allure, quand même facile a monter ! Il roule trèes bien et la batterie fait très bien sont travail pour monter des pentes ! j'ai seulement eu un peu de difficulté à ajuster les freins mais, très contente de mon achat !

I bought this bike to take the pressure off my knees at the start and uphill. Cycling allowed me to go on a long and beautiful hike without any pain in my knee and the meniscus was removed. I also had to write to customer service to ask questions and got immediate feedback. I recommend it without hesitation!

The bike arrived in only 6 days. The bike is very good quality overall. There's a minor problem with the front brake rotor, but Tesgo said they would cover the cost of the repair. And Tesgo gave us a $100 credit to cover the price difference between their website and Amazon. I would not hesitate to recommend this bike, I can't imagine better value out there. Thank you Tesgo.

I got the bike yesterday and it’s more than what expected it to be. The customer service is so caring and helpful, it took less than 1 day for your concern to be answered. The bike was delivered with care, the packaging protected my bike really well. The bike has multiple speed for you to choose, the tire is what I love the most since it is a mountain bike tire, it good with any type of road.

The occasional summer biking and riding is fun with this bike. I purchased this for casual use only. Was a little skeptical with no reviews at first but pretty decent ride once I tried it. It comes in a huge box and is securely packed so you don't have to worry about much damage. My bike came scratch-free. Takes about 1-2 hours to assemble from the box that you get (Watch the youtube video) The downs: No spot for a water bottle ( because the battery takes that spot). DO Not get this if you are 5'2" this bike would be too big for you (Unless you prefer higher seats), I am 5'7" and I need to set the seat at the lowest setting (feels more like for 5'6" - 6'2"). The ups: Awesome if you are a casual biker and want extra kilometers to reach a nice spot, or if you are in a hilly area. Easy to use, awesome breaks. Pretty light for a motorbike. Other stuff as advertised. I haven't used enough to comment on the battery, but with its size, it should easily last me a distance.
