Customer questions & answers
Question:Are these plastic sheds damp proof?
Answer:Really good shed window steams up when it rains but no rain was in shedQuestion:Once erected, is the shed too heavy to move when empty?
Answer:Very easy to move just slides if you do it by the cornersQuestion:Can the window be placed on either side of the shed?
Answer:Yes, we put ours up in April and wanted the window away from the wall. Works a treat. Make sure you seal the bottom and sides otherwise when it rains water will gather in the grooves where the upright panels sit! Also round the window. We had a minor issue with one of the doors, where the manufacturer had drilled the holes for the lock in the wrong place, bit of diy sorted it! Is a great shed and rabbits love it!Question:What about shelving ? Does the shed come with any shelves or do I buy separately?
Answer:This shed does not come with any shelves and my advice would be to buy some free standing ones. Not sure about making holes in the plastic! It worked for us and the floor has grooves so it makes standing some larger tools easy to stand.Question:What is the height of the sides please
Answer:6 feetQuestion:Is the flooring strong enough to house a mobility scooter
Answer:It’s quite sturdy but I added some mdf board to make it that extra bit strong.
Easy build. Very strong. Good floor. Lovely finish. Took around 4 hours to build.
This hut is quite straight forward to erect if you pay CLOSE Attention to the instructions and DON’T try to plod on regardless. It needs to be erected on a level base or the doors won’t close properly on completion. It’s a good buy for the price - needs two to erect it- and don’t do it on a windy day. If your not good at DIY - do not attempt to erect it- get help. But all in all a close ten out of ten , once it’s up . 🤗
All parts supplied, looks good once put together. Instructions difficult to decipher. Took 3 people 7 hours to build. Needs lots of patience.
Strong & sturdy. You need two people to assemble it but there were no issues. My elderly father replaced it from his old wooden one, very happy with it. It looks good. If there is one thing to be careful about it’s the small latch to keep the doors closed, it’s a bit thin & fragile. The grooved floor is handy for standing your tools too as they don’t slip over.
Few small issues with some holes not being drilled but it did not affect the shed overall. Took me 2-3 hours to build on my own. Instructions were clear are fine to follow. Very happy and would recommend.
The instructions say it is a 2 hour build - took 2 of us around 6 hours split over 2 days. The roof is the hardest part as it is very difficult to reach to attach the fastening pins in the center of the roof. We cheated and attached the pins to a hammer with blu-tack so we could reach. Worked well!
I was getting seriously concerned about assembling this shed after reading some of the reviews. I needn't have worried. By following the simple instructions, step by step, it took me about 5 hours. A younger, fitter person probably could have shaved an hour or so off that time. As usual, when constructing something like this, I find it better to leave the final tightening of screws until each part of the structure is completed. It seems good and sturdy, definitely fit for purpose. It's a clean, neat and modern looking addition to my garden.
Good for the price just the floor could of been thicker pvc apart from that can’t complain really nice pvc shed
The shed is built at last The instructions were not easy to follow but we persevered you need to be an octopus holes did not line up but when we got together it is just what I needed
Arrived on time and instructions for installation was very clear and needed two people to get it up and took us good few hours. Seems good quality.
