so far I'm impressed with quality. It is bigger that I imagined. I was going to buy one for my wife as well, she is 4,10" and this Mars is too big for her. Glad I got mine first so she could try it.I have been buzzing around my hilly Pittsburgh, PA neighborhood. We have some steep roads around me, buzzed right up with me peddling along ( I would never be able to ride regular bike up it.) I cant wait to get my Vibrelli Electric Bike Hitch Rack - 2 Ebike Rack Fits Fat Tire, today. I have bad back so I cant lift it into my suv, so excited to get on trails!!!

I am 75 and can't go long distances on my standard bike anymore. I replaced the seat with a higher quality wide saddle seat. After a learning curve (there is definitely a learning curve if you haven't ever road an ebike) I gave it three nice rides. I ran three different Central Florida riding trails averaging about 12 miles each. All had stop and go with other bike traffic and pedestrian use. Top speed 22.5 mph. Average overall speed for the three rides 13.6 mph. I probably did better but I forgot to pause my map tracker app a couple of times.I reprogrammed the control from the factory setting of three power modes to five power modes. Mode one is only a crawl speed mode to flow with pedestrians. About three mph. Mode two for parking lots about eight mph. Now mode 3,4,5 start the good stuff. 12, 17, and 21 mph.You need to keep the pedals moving but you don't need to engage the sprocket hub. In other words when I ride a 20 mph I only need to mantain a slow revolution. As long as the magnets in the motor recognize pedal movement the power is applied at your preset control speed. Now in mode 0 you have throttle control. Nice to use at cross walks.I never used more then 25% of the battery on any trip. This tells me I can get an easy 35 miles pluss and I weigh 240 lbs.I would highly recommend this bike.

Have absolutely no issues or dislikes whatsoever. I use the Mars for pleasure and also shopping.Purchase was easy and delivery was quick.Unpacking and set up was a breeze, topped of the battery charge and was riding within 4 hours. I have 295 miles on so far with absolutely no issues.I am a senior citizen and the few questions I did have were answered very quickly with the wonderful customer service.I did shop around and watched all the excellent reviews on Youtube and made the purchase and am extremely impressed.Comfort and ease of operation are wonderful.

*****Update****I bought two of these bikes one about a year later had a faulty battery. I reached out to heybike, sent in a short video as to what was occurring & the said they would replace it free or charge honoring the two year warranty. Sent me a pre paid FedEx label to ship it back &within a week of shipping a new one arrived. Works great! Good company & great customer service. I still recommend this bike! Lots of fun!Buy this electric Mars bike, it’s easy to assemble & supports a big guy like me at 260lbs without issue. Battery life is really good & very pretty fast overall (20-25 mph). I’ve added a red seat cover to match the red dots on the rims making the seat even more comfortable that the original it comes with. You need to buy this bike it’s fun & I highly recommend!

We bought two and have lived with them for about a month now and put about 40 miles on them.Everything good that you've seen about the assembly is true. Very minimal assembly required, maybe 20 minutes. Everything is already well adjusted (except the handlebar alignment), like the brakes and derailleur mechanisms. No cables or wiring to connect. We really like the design of the removable battery and the well designed locking method. This was important to us because we take them on RV trips and want to keep batteries inside when charging.I was pleasantly surprised at how well the bike tackles hills. No sweat going up hill that rises 200 feet in a quarter mile.Everything seems to be well and thoughtfully designed, like the protective guards for the derailleurs and front sprocket, the bright LED tail light that flashes when you brake (front or rear), the really nice seat with built in suspension, the super comfortable hand grips, the tool-free adjustments for handlebar and seat, and the way the handlebar folds at just the right angle. Bike comes with an adequate set of tools - everything needed for assembly plus some.It would be nice, but impractical with this bike's configuration, to have a "soft tail" suspension on the rear.Photo is two bikes on standard luggage carrier (with added cross bar). Now if I can just figure out how to get rid of the shipping boxes!
