Customer questions & answers
Question:Do I need to prepare the pipe for this washing machine?or I can manually put the water inside?
Answer:I put the washer in my standard bathtub, and use my shower head (it's the type with a hose) to fill the machine with water. Also having the machine in the tub, makes draining it easy and yes the machine is light enough to easily take it in and out of the tub, as needed
Question:how much electric does this take to use will it run my bill up?
Answer:Washer consumes 300W while in operation. The spinner adds 50% more. That's not nothing, but it's tiny compared to full-size washing machines. Of course, doing 3X as many loads, each of which uses 1/3 as much power…
A reasonable comparison is that this washer needs about as much power as a refrigerator when its compressor is running, or a stand mixer when it's beating. That's more than normal lighting or electronic devices, but far less than power tools or resistance heaters, even microwave ovens, draw.
Question:is this machine reliable?
Answer:I've had this machine for almost a year. You can't treat it like a regular machine. You have to be more gentle with it. Don't overload the spinner. I wring excess water out of the clothes first. I actually washed my winter coats in this washer and they spun out beutifully. Don't walk off and leave it spunning. Washing no problem. I love my machine. Beats bending over the bathtub and doing the laundry.
Question:how long do this machine last?
Answer:My machine is still running strong after a month of continuous use. Just remember that this is a machine constructed of plastic with a small motor mechanism. If you decide to purchase one of these machines it would be wise to do a little research and try not to subject the washer to overuse. Hope this helps.

This is the second time I've bought one of these. The first time was when I lived in another state. It was so great, but due to space issues, I couldn't bring it with. So, I bought it again. It really cleans your clothes. The spinner dries then quite a bit. I have some racks to dry on and it never takes more than 12-15 hours. It's not super loud. I use about a tablespoon of soap. I feel it halfway with clothes. I have it hooked to the shower, but in my previous place I couldn't, so I used a 5 gallon bucket. This is easier. It's definitely easier than going to the laundromat. It will pay for itself within a few loads. I've bought it twice, you should definitely give it a chance. You won't be sorry
T***eestill loving my portable washer after a month!! Tips: I've learned to wash once, drain water. Fill with clean water, then rinse once. Transfer clothes to spin dryer. Use water for the entire 5 minutes. Turn off faucet. Drain the soapy water into a bucket then pour in the washer (if you have another load to wash). Spin for a second time with no water. Your clothes should be practically dry. Don't over load the washer as it will not spin effectively. The water level should cover the clothes completely. Also wash towels for last as the lint gets on clothes. Finally hang dry on the shower curtain rod and you're done. And you CAN wash and spin at the same time to speed up the entire wash day. Great buy!!
Tan******toDefinitely worth the price. As every review mentions must be propped up due to the gravity drain, I put mine next to the bathtub on a stool and let it drain into the tub. I am what I would call a laundry hoarder, others would just call me lazy lol. When I do laundry I do it all day long. The tub can fit: three fitted sheets or two light sweatshirts and a few tops or two pairs of jeans and a few tops or two full size towels and a few things… you catch my drift. Do not over stuff or it will not rotate the laundry on the contrary overstuff the spinner otherwise it will wobble. All in all I say that the machine can take quite the beating and it’s worth it.
D***dI have wanted one ever since I got my first apartment without a washing machine, now my life is complete and I no longer have to hang with the weirdos at the laundry mat while handling my undies in public. It's perfect!
K**My wife is absolutely pleased with her tiny washer. She washes, sometimes, twice a week with no problem except for the issues of either carrying water to the machine or constantly going back and forth to the kitchen sink to turn the water on and off and monitoring the water level or the hose dangling inside the machine making sure it hasn’t slipped out onto the floor. This is for the wash, rinse, and spin cycles. Other than that, we don’t have any problems with leaks or anything else. I thought about making this machine capable to semi-automatically fill itself. I’m pretty resourceful, I made life a lot better for both of us, and now, she’s even happier.
Sh***** K.This machine is really freeking good for the price.
d***asStill a great washer. It's still going strong and I just got done doing several loads in the washer and it still brings a smile to my face when I do laundry. I have since discovered that the "Normal" wash is normal cycle but "Soft" would be considered the "gentle" cycle. This washer doesn't agitate like normal washers with the quick back and forth agitation but rather a long spin in one direction and then a long one in the other. The gentle "Soft" cycle does the same it just limits the time in the agitation motion to short spin one way and then a short spin in the other. The reason why I mention this is because several of my polyblend shirts will stretch out in the water and get tangled up and I end up with a ball of clothes in my washer. So I wash those separately with other clothes but it's not perfect. I wash, drain, rinse, spin, rinse with softner and then spin again. It takes just a small amount of detergent but I ran out and started using my leftover detergent gel packs. They work just fine and once they are gone then I'll go back to liquid. Overall, still the best darn thing I've purchased.
