The seller is amazingly helpful and the machine arrived in time and was installed by very professional, kind installers. A1 service! The machine is a very good washer. I have to get used to the dryer program yet, which takes quite a bit longer than a normal dryer. But I knew that before hand. It fits our place well because it takes up so little space. I love the extra options: pre-wash, extra water, extra rinse! I was a bit hesitant to buy this kind of appliance online, but the seller is trustworthy and the real deal! Highly recommend them!

I absolutely love this unit. My son installed it into my kitchen to keep me from going up and down the basement steps with my arthritis to the big old Kenmore washer and dryer I have in the basement. I've kept the old Kenmore's, which still work great, for large items like blankets etc. I'll say it was relatively easy to install since I didn't hear any negative language from my son while he worked. I did buy the anti-vibration pads since they were recommended by other owners and it doesn't vibrate. Runs nice and quiet. Didn't really need to reference the manual to run since the digital face is very self explanatory and user friendly. One omission from the manual is how to run the unit with dry only but that is available online. Simple. I did not have any unpleasant odors like some users have noted. My knits come out dried completely although my bulky sweaters were a bit damp which is what I preferred, I hung them out to finish via air drying. Although you have smaller loads and longer drying times, I just set it and go do other chores (or have a glass of wine and read :) ). I honestly wish I had purchased this a long time ago. Online warranty registration was a breeze also. I definitely recommend this great little combo unit.

I live in an apartment where I do not have space for standard washer and dryer. There are other brands of all-in-one washer/dryer but I decided to go with the LG because of the 10 year manufacturer warranty on the Direct Drive Motor. This gives me a lot of confidence on the quality. This compact all-in-one washer/dryer has satisfied all my needs. Typically, I do laundry once every week. Even the size of this machine is as big as a dishwasher, it has no issue to wash and dry all my clothes in a single load. The washing and drying operation are also very quiet, I barely hear it running even I often do laundry at night. I am glad to have this machine and I do not have to take my clothes to the laundromat every week.

I needed a main floor laundry so I don't have to traverse the basement stairs. None of the main floor closets or other nooks/crannies were suitable. Had this installed machine in a space under concrete counter in kitchen. Very good decision on my part. Machine is a dream - easily handles my laundry needs. I would like to mention that during the test run, the machine 'walked' and shook. Plumber had not removed shipping bolts. Once the bolts were removed, machine worked perfectly. I have owned a washer/dryer combo in the past and am well aware there is a difference in operation. This machine stops after the wash cycle ends - doesn't automatically begin the dry cycle. (There is a wash/dry cycle which I don't use). I like to run a separate dry cycle based on the type of laundry load.

Love not having to go to the laundromat to wash my clothes. I’d rather do two small ones at home than spend an hour at the laundromat. Not good for sheets or blankets. Used my w/d hook up for the dishwasher and the w/d combo, perfect!

Installed this unit in our condo one weeks ago and love it. This washes great and completely dryers all the clothes inside in 2 hrs 20 min. At first I felt that was a bit long, but then I realized using a normal washer/dryer takes 1 hr 30 min, so really it's only 45 minutes longer. Plus you don't have to come back to move the clothes, it switches cycles and does everything by itself. Honestly after using this I don't know why these are more popular, they make a lot more sense than buying two huge dual units.
