The Magic Chef 1.5 cu. ft. compact electric dryer is just what you need when you have small laundry loads and do not have tons of space for a laundry setup. Its compact, space-saving design makes it perfect for apartments, dorms or even RVs. For added convenience, you can mount it on the wall or place it on your countertop. It uses a standard 110-Volt (120 VAC, 15 Amp) outlet, eliminating the need for special wiring that is required with many other dryers. Two heat levels plus Air Dry provide options for proper fabric care. Four timer settings offer versatile drying options.

Question:Those who have the 1.5 cu ft dryer- Is the size ok or do you wish you bought the bigger one?
Answer:I find it's big enough since I don't have a lot of space in my apartment and it holds a decent amount of clothes I usually dry ten items at a time unless it's heavier towels or something then I put in fewer items.
Question:How do you keep your walls and windows from steaming up?
Answer:I open a window and in summer I have fans. Never been much of a problem
Question:If I set the dial for 80 mins. and decide to remove garments after just 60 mins. do you simply open the door for dyer to stop? Then turn dial to 0?
Answer:Yep. That's what I do. Unless you have a large load or heavy things like towels or jeans, most load don't even take 60 minutes to dry.

We purchased this little dryer to go along with the washer we got for our small apartment since we are having a new baby. We have two bathrooms so we use the sink area in one for the laundry. I’ve only done a few washes so far, but it works pretty great! Dried 3 adult shirts and several pairs of underwear/socks and a few kids shirts/pants in about 20 minutes. I only fill it up about half way (so obviously depends on size of clothing). Works great. We line dry the larger items, and when slightly damp then throw them in to tumble around and come out soft and not stiff. Will still need to dry towels at laundromat I think, might only handle one towel at a time that is already partially dry. Fantastic for our little apartment!

This little dryer is amazing, it get really hot and I can tested it out by drying 5 big towels at once and they dried with no problem. It also have a lint catcher in the back of it. It’s very quiet and nobody knows it’s even on.. I would definitely recommend this product

Don't let the size fool you. I got this yesterday and by the way the shpping was super fast. It's brand new with no dents or scratches. I placed 2 regular size towels in this mini dryer and I was amazed at how well they dried. I'll be honest to say that I was first very hesitant to buy it, but it's the best I've purchased for my RV.

This little dryer is well made and a great quality for the price. The size of the dryer was perfect to mount above our washer in our RV. It is small and requires that you cut your loads in half compared to home washing and drying, but just about perfect for 2 people travelling in an RV. Sure beats drying on a rack or taking your clothes to a dirty laundromat. This is the second Magic Chef product I have purchased (I also purchased a small refrigerator/freezer for my garage) and I am quite happy with the quality and reliability.

Very small but turns out it’s just what I need. I live in an expensive city and have managed to find a great little two bedroom for a great price. However it has no laundry room or laundry facilities. A friend let me use her small portable washing machine and I bought this dryer. It fits perfectly in a utility closet and really works great. I haven’t even had to let it have a full run because everything dries quickly. Very great purchase. :)

Awesome dryer! Enough space for clean one week dirty cloth (family of two persons). There’s is nothing I can complain about the actual dryer. BUT just keep in mind, if you’re going to wall mount this dryer, make sure that the place that you are going to instal it has wood behind the wall. If you can’t find the wood behind the wall is goind to give you a hard time to instal it.

I am so happy with this product. It's light, compact, pleasing to the eyes, and heats wonderfully. It is surprisingly quiet as well. I don't over fill it, just to be respectful for my new "little superhero" (so I have nicknamed it). Love the style, and it fits anywhere in my just under 600 foot apartment. It also came with 3 complimentary dryer balls, and I Love them! I definitely recommend this product. It won't disappoint.
