Customer ReviewsH***,M
My only complaint would be the three holes not pre drilled. But I honestly had a great time putting it together with my husband. He did all the big stuff, then when he was at work, me and the kids would work on finding his next wood pieces. Then me and my daughter did the rock wall. So it’s very simple with the instructions. We’ve had plenty of people drive by as we have been building it and complementing it. We’re very happy with it.
N***MI bought this for my 3 year old and my 6 year old daughters. I love the double slide feature. They like being able to "race" down the slides. It was fairly easy to put together. My 15 year old daughter and I did it in about 10 hours over 2 days. There wasn't a "tools needed" list but we used a couple of socket wrenches, hammer, cordless drill, Phillips screwdriver and a level. It was supposed to come with a #2 square bit, but didn't, so I had to make a trip to the hardware store. The windows that are supposed to be above the slides were also missing. I made a call to their parts department and received them today (exactly 2 weeks after I called about them). Customer service was very pleasant. The woman didn't even question me when I claimed they were missing, she just took my info and said they'd be on their way. I am very happy with this set and my kids love it. They have spent many hours in the last 2 weeks playing on it. I did make a cover for the sand box out of a couple of 1x6's so that the neighborhood cats don't use it as a litter box.
J***HWhat a delight it was to reveal this to my three year old! It took my husband about 10 hours to get it together with breaks and my daughter “helping” him at times. I’m hoping to turn the bottom area into a rock construction pit for my son or maybe a play house. We look forward to using it for a long time. I recommend purchasing the sealant right away and sealing it as soon as you can. Our sealant took an extra week to get here but it’s all COVERED in pollen already. We’re waiting for spring to calm down before we get out there.
F***DWell, I did receive the full kit and everything arrived in good shape. I have put it together and it is holding up pretty great so far. My son can't wait each day to play with it and my wife and I use the swing when out and about. The wood was not split or anything, the instructions were clear. I enjoyed putting it together and I completed it in two days (each day after coming back from work) I have tried to take as many pics as I could to give you an idea. I recommend it and I feel like I got a good product for my money
J***K.I was able to assemble this playset almost entirely by myself in about 8 hours. The wife did help me lift and position a couple large sections. Overall this playset is really good quality and well designed.
M**MTook my husband not even a full 2 days to put it together by himself. This play set was everything we were looking for and for the right price. I see this set lasting us a long time because it feels greatly made and the wood quality is unbeatable. It’s not the cheap flimsy press wood all the others comes with.
MG****JSuch a great play set! It took my husband and a few friends about 4.5 hours to complete. Our kids absolutely love it, they are 2 and 3. There were a few chips and cracks in the wood when building, but it is very sturdy. We replaced one of the swings with a baby swing and took off the rope as our kids are too little to use it properly. The shipping took a long time and was still a few days late, but I would definitely recommend this playset.
HJ****MOverall, This took about 6 hours to put together, with 3 people. We were expecting rain all day today, so we started it last night and built most of the tower. This morning, we finished everything up except for adding a few of the accessories before the rain came. I did swap out the swings for a double swing and a toddler swing for now. Everything seems super sturdy and it fit my space almost perfectly! My kids already love it, even though they only got to play on it for a few minutes so far. My toddler cried as I pulled her off in the rain to go inside!
