Customer questions & answers
Question:Is this okay for a 16 year old?
Answer:This is a great system for a 16 year old. It can be adjusted from 7.5 to 10 feet high.
Question:how low can I lower this? I need to store it in my garage.
Answer:Basket lowers to 8 ft. The bank board sticks up about 2 feel higher. Rafters have to be at least 10 ft. High. Store ours in a converted grainary.
Question:are you able to dunk and hang from hoop?
Answer:No, we do not recommend hanging from the rim of any of our systems.
Question:If my floor isn't level can I use this product? Or can it adjust so that the rim can be level?
Answer:This system was designed to be used on even surfaces. Unfortunately, the rim does not adjust in angle. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Customer ReviewsH***,M
Fairly easy to assemble. It took my husband and I about 2 hours to put together. Kids are pleased, seems sturdy and good quality. We filled the bottom with water. Wheels make moving convenient.
F**Great hoop. Sturdy. High school boys love it. Bought the professional assembly with it...WORTH EVERY PENNY. Went just as planned and the communication for time and set was flawless. Thanks for offering that. Was very helpful in getting this home AND up right away. But if you prefer to put up yourself you’ll be super happy with it as well. We put spiral dog tie out steaks on either side and tied/tightened over the base. Doesn’t move at all when using. Even through high winds. Very happy with this bball hoop
N***MI assembled this all alone for my 11-year-old son. I was easily able to do it by myself. Only need a hand to lift it up. It shakes a little but not as bad as I’ve seen some of them do. Good for the price for sure. Happy I bought it.
J***HI’m giving this a 5 star review because the finished product is really good for the money. Generally speaking that applies to just about every hoop you are going to assemble. I was able to assemble this myself in about 4-5 hours BUT I did have to I reassemble parts a few times. If you aren’t patient with projects then just opt for the professional installation. And if you’re going to do it yourself it wouldn’t hurt to ask a buddy for help :)
M**MClear instructions (you'll have to analyze the pictures to see exactly how the hardware goes together) and about 2.5 hours to assemble solo. There are a few tricky parts with some of the bolt holes on the backboard bracket but just pay attention to the pictures and you'll be fine. I highly recommend having a second person to help once you're installing the backboard on the pole. I did it on own with a little creativity but it would have been far easier with another person. My kids and I used it for over an hour after assembly and it was great. Super easy to raise and lower when needed.
MG****JI assembled this portable hoop and it is great. I would advise you to read the instructions ahead of time and also get familiar with the material list (yellow colored document). I assembled the unit on the driveway and used the box cover as a floor cover. This protected the painted metal items from getting scratched while assembling. I would advise the following for better operation and safety. 1. Once assembled use silicone lube on all of the connections. This will keep them operating smoothly and help prevent rust as the paint wears away due to friction of the moving parts. 2. I wiped the area where the hoop height label was to be affixed with rubbing alcohol prior to attaching the label. Then I pressed the label onto the shaft making sure there were no air bubbles. To seal in the edges of the label I gave the entire label area a few coats of UV resistant clear coat. I paid special emphasis to the edges of the label. This way the label will not start to fray or peel from the shaft due to weather and temp extremes. 3. The company recommends filling the base with sand. This makes sense since sand is heavier than water (about 40% heavier). However, once it is filled with sand moving it is not going to be easy. I used water in the base (for easier moving and emptying) and for peace of mind I used spiral in-ground stakes with a ratchet belt around the main shaft. The stake set I used is the "Keeper 05400 Severe Weather Kit." I also poured in a gallon of car antifreeze to prevent the water from freezing and cracking the plastic base weight.
J***K.well worth the time. My son is a teenager now and needed an upgrade. He loved it. It is adjustable in height, sturdy on the ground and overall a good looking piece of equipment.
HJ****MOur son loves it!
