I love this scooter! It's the best ride I've had on a scooter. It beats the small uncomfortable kick scooters but it comes with the cost of size and weight. This is not for small kids. It rides tall and they won't be able to hold the handlebars safely. This is GREAT for teens and adults. It can handle a lot of weight. The scooter itself is very heavy. It doesn't use lithium ion batteries which helps explains some of the weight. It also can't take freezing temperatures. Don't expect to ride this in cold winters and expect the battery to perform well. I do wish I had gotten the version with the seat. Going long distance standing still is not fun. Despite all that, this is a different class of scooter from kick scooters and makes short errands to friends' houses easy.
co****wxThis scooter is fast, fun, and reliable. Solid construction quality. Sturdy steel frame, durable bamboo deck, strong wheels. This scooter is also very heavy, has lead-acid batteries, and a limited turning radius. The weight can be an issue, it's difficult to carry this scooter up or down steps for example. A lighter frame, lithium batteries, and the ability to fold the handlebars down would make it much easier to transport and store. The stand-up model is a good choice for anyone with back pain or anyone who prefers standing to sitting. It's comfortable and intuitive to turn when you are standing on the deck because you can lean into the turn. This helps mitigate the front wheel's limited turning capability. Comes almost fully assembled. All you have to do is attach the front wheel and handlebar stem, very simple. Tools are included, but the wrench supplied for torquing down the front wheel nuts is small and difficult to get any leverage with. Using a standard socket wrench makes it much easier. This scooter has standard rubber air-filled tires, giving it a smoother ride than airless tires but also requiring more maintenance. Airing up the back tire can be difficult because the valve stem is sharply angled and almost inaccessible, having a 45 or 90 degree angled inflator helps a lot. No lights, so this is not made for night riding. Battery powered clamp-on style lights could be added, just be sure to also add some red reflectors in the back.
Aw****goThis is the best scooter, hands down, for off-road use. Me (185lbs) and my 7 yr old son (60lbs) can ride it with ease.
C***kvPerfect scooter for adults!!! As soon as I got this I replaced the battery, installed lights, horn, acc key switch, fat tires, a little rack, brake disc system, very recommended for adults, remember, upgrade the battery with a lithium one, the one supplied is a acid 12v 6ah, I installed 2 36v 13ah lithium batteries, they give me around 25 to 30 miles range
x***ntI love it! Super Fun
wu****ojVery easy to ride: This scooter has large, bouncy wheels, and a wide flat foot rest. Unlike other scooters that topple easily at low speeds, this one can be ridden quite slowly, and can be brought to practically a complete stop before the rider experiences any wobble. - Brakes are awesome: My other scooter (from another brand) is very slow to brake. With the Razor EcoSmart SUP Electric Scooter, application of the brake will bring this thing to almost an instant stop, which is great for emergencies. - Wide footrest: Most scooters have a narrow plate to stand with one foot in front of the other. This one actually has enough room to stand with both feet side by side if you choose. - Great speed: I can achieve high speeds on this scooter, in spite of its weight (and mine.) It does slow slightly when traveling up a bit of an incline, but it isn't bad, and sure beats pedaling! - Wide air-filled tires: The tires are air-filled and provide a very gentle (and slightly bouncy) ride when compared to my other electric scooter (which has small, hard plastic wheels that feel rough on every little bump.) I find this scooter much more comfortable and pleasurable to ride when compared to the kinds with the small hard wheels.
z***nnThe ride quality is excellent. With the pneumatic bicycle tires, the ride is smooth. Road conditions are not transferred nearly as harshly to the rider as with other scooters. The large tires also take minor potholes, rocks, small curbs, and grassy areas quite well. Since the center of gravity is not as far back as with a bicycle, the rider must still be cautious when encountering these obstacles to not tumble forward. I like that the Razor graphic on the platform is not just there for advertising but has a sandpaper like surface that helps grip your shoes to avoid slipping.
po****sSuch an awesome scooter! Bought this for my 12 year old daughter and couldn’t have been more pleased! Hands down the BEST purchase I’ve ever made on web! This scooter goes anywhere from 18-21 MPh on flat ground!
af****yWide strong foot board and frame. Predictable smooth speed control. Plenty of power, even up dock ramps with trailer. Tall 16's with smoother ride. Kick stand.
e***yThe Batts. on these don't last 6 to 9 months then you need a new set,, I up graded to an Ebike Battery 36V Lithium Ion Battery... It goes further on a charge ~ A Lot Further ~ and the battery pack should last for around 1000 charges So it should last 5 times as long for 2 to 3 times the cost of the lead acid., so less changing and getting replacements... Rides nice ,, Watch the Brakes!! ,, Needs to Be Moving for the Throttle to Engage., Seems to slow down I don't know why?? I have made Mods as you can See from the pics.., The Seat on it is Not the final seat and also I have White Wall Tires Watch the Brakes!! They Grab...
