Used it yesterday after washing the baskets and did not have any smell of any kind. Family of 3 and was enough capacity for dinner. Any family with more than 4 might have to get the larger one. Dual basket feature makes it as if you have 2 different air friers and this makes it the perfect one in the market. We had the chicken, meatballs and fries all crispy and delicious without the extra calories coming from the oil. There is a slight learning curve with how you operate it but it is fairly easy, once you understand. Also pretty quiet while it’s running. Very satisfied and recommended to all!

This is the best new kitchen appliance I’ve purchased in a very long time. Best of all worlds. Update: I’ve purchased 4 of these including gifts for our grown children. They also LOVE their dual basket air fryer and use it all the time. I own the one basket Ninja already, but immediately saw the issue of preparing different courses of meats and veggies. Different foods take different times and temps so you have to figure out how to get everything hot at the same time. This dual basket solves that. Many air fryers have multiple cook options. The dual basket cooking is why this is the one to get. Just drop the food into each basket, enter cook method (one of the 6 options) and time for each basket. You can choose smart finish - which automatically syncs up the 2 sides so the foods finish cooking at the same time. If you just want to make a lot of one thing (lots of chicken), the 2 baskets combine to 8 qt and there is a quick setting to copy the cooks settings to both baskets. So you either set cook time and temp for each basket individually, or, just copy the settings so they are the same. Either way, foods finish at the same time Easy to clean, just drop the basket and the included crisper plate into the dishwasher. Meats and veggies, fresh and frozen and other foods like fruit or baked goods can be made. Don’t need special cook pans but there is an available broil rack option that raises the food closer to the heating element. I will get it but it’s out of stock. Since it’s brand new, there aren’t other options, so you have to check out the options for other small baking pans etc. available on the market (sizes) to fit into the basket. Remember, any pans that can go in the oven can go in the Ninja (it’s not a microwave where you have to be careful). Again, no extra pans needed but some optional pans could expand baking options. I don’t have them and am happy with what’s standard. It’s so easy. Highly recommend. A+.

I was so excited to use this that I legit made one chicken nugget on one side and two tater tots on the other. I've owned a few other air fryers and this one gets it CRISPY. I mainly chose this model for the dual baskets with the match mode. You set each side to a temperature and time and it will match it up so it starts cooking the lower time when the other side has just that amount of time left. It beeps and both are hot and crispy at once. Also it looks beautiful. I will say Im glad I got the 8qt and not the 6qt size. I am one person and if the baskets were any smaller they would be too small but you can for sure fit a good sized chicken breast or about 2-3 pieces of corn in there at once. I will update review once I've used it longer or if I come across any issues but so far I love it.

I dont even know where to begin with this review. I would love to find the words to sum up how in love i am with this air fryer. It doesn’t take much space up, it comes with a book on cooking times, temperatures and recipes. Honestly its amazing and it cuts cooking time by half if not less. Im a mom of two and i also work so dinner is usually quick and easy things. When i first got this i thought chicken strips and fries for the rest of my kids days lol ive only made them that twice. On the other hand ive made meatballs, polish sausages, pork chops, whole chickens (obviously small ones), chicken thighs, and drumsticks, all while im cooking my sides the fryer is cooking the meat and its a life and time saver. Cause im done in less the time and im relaxing sooner lol Its quicker then the oven and its so nice that everything is timed and i dont have to worry about forgetting anything. My husband and I are huge wing lovers and guess what just made them better? Yup this air fryer! Also it does a wonderful job reheating them, it leaves them so crispy. When it comes to the settings on how much time for cooking thats a learn as you go process and also how you like your food cooked. Once you get the hang of how much so and so takes you can start match and smart finish. Match finish is so the two baskets are timed the same and smart finish is so if your cooking something that takes longer in one basket and another that takes less it will start the less time one once the longer timed one gets to the same time left. I highly recommend!

My 1st time buying and using an air fryer and i love it so far. The chicken was so crispy and flavorful, chicken wasn’t greasy at all like it would have been if it was fried. I had only the wings the first day to try out and they were definitely good. Can’t wait to continue to experiment. More updates coming soon. What are you waiting for?! It's just what I was looking for with good size and very good quality and it cooks great in a very short time.

Before I purchased this I was a bit nervous if I could work this Air Fryer but set up was extremely easy right out of the box! It comes with instruction manuals and some recipes to start you off. At first some cooking may be a bit of a trial an error but you quickly get the hang of it. I love the deep 10 Quart 6-in-1 DualZone basket's makes cooking a breeze for large families. Seller was fantastic. Shipped right away no issues. Product was as expected! More than I was expecting which is great!!! I am very happy and will be back.

I've used it a couple times and have to tell everyone about this. It is so amazing. First I made fish and chips using the just the Smart Finish. That was good, I did have to know what to set each basket at but using the Smart Finish button it did have them both done at the same time. This is why I wanted a dual basket air fryer. Secondly I made a ribeye using the probe. Perfect, unbelievably perfect. I just stuck the probe in the steak, pushed the probe button, selected Medium-Well, and start. Take a look at the picture, that is exactly what I wanted, juicy with just the right amount of pink. That probe takes out all the guess work. Cleanup was easy, no splatters anywhere, just pull out the basket and wipe it down in the sink. I love this appliance.
