I found your swing set to be a bit expensive for the sturdiness to be not all that great and I don't know how the durability will be after some time it's kind of weak feeling right after installation which was kind of difficult the directions are kind of Mickey mouse. Also it's not really all that safe the slide bolts hurts my daughter's bottom when she slides down the slide at a high rate of speed and she hits her head climbing up the ladder these areas could have been higher with no extra cost to anyone or labor and gave the children more room to play safely.
ff****dfLove the play set but it was very overwhelming to put together. After opening the boxes, we decided to hire a handyman to put it up. It took the handyman, his wife and my husband 9 hours to put this set up. It was a lot of work but the end result is that my twins love it!
uu****iiOrdered this for my kids ages 2,4 and 6 they absolutely love it we put blue sand in the sandbox and the assembly is easy too if you use your own power drill and download the 3D app!
vv*****ffMy kids (Age 9 & 2) have just loved this swing set! They spend hours everyday swinging and sliding on this swing set in a backyard, with their friends! The slide is super slippery and steep, making it fun! I had to call customer couple of time about something and they were very helpful and provided very good customer service. Only reason for giving 1 less star will be the built quality, Its not great but again its not bad or ok either. I am very happy with this product given the prise I paid and that it comes with great customer support and lot of additional features including swings, monkey bar, slide, rock climing wall, jymnastic swing, kids sand play area, etc.
ll****ulThis playset is alright for the money but still not suitable for kids up to 10 years old. Our 3 year old daughter loves it. Our 7 year old son likes it but he is probably at the maximum height for using this. His cousin that is 7 and their friends all have a hard time navigating around it and will likely outgrow it quick. We just set it up and the few complaints I have are the monkey bars leading to nowhere and the slide seems very cheap. You do not need 3 people or even 2 to put this together. It will be easier with two. But I put it together almost entirely alone. Even the slide. The slide is a joke on how it attaches at the end of building this and uses 3 large screws that will stick out and potentially ruin clothing or hurt little kids trying to use it. I decided not to do that and headed to lowes to buy a small strip of something and make my own transition for it. I used item 1074073 polyesterene stop which eas under $6 for an 8 foot strip and cut it to 1 foot 3 and 9/16 inches. Then drilled 3 holes for the screws and drilled the tops slightly bigger to sink the screw heads in. Now there is a smooth transition and the slide isn't going anywhere. The screws were leftover from the build and you just need to use some short ones so they do not stick out the other side.Overall, I would not buy this product again. When we move, we will sell this and get the Costco playset instead. A few pieces of wood had some nasty splits in them and a lot of the wood split when screwing it in although most of it was the fault of myself or my power tools and not taking the time to pre drill holes. Let's be honest though, they should've predilled more holes for us anyways. My tip for anyone doing this would be to look ahead and see what boards want you to hammer in the t nuts to them instead of going back and forth like the digital instructions make you do. Good luck!
