Question:How is it on the upper back and lower neck? If someone is 6' tall, how high do the upper back rollers come?
Answer:I'm 6'1" and it comes up high enough to massage your neck. There are range adjustments you can make on the hand controller to dial it in pretty precisely.
Question:how far away from the wall must the chair be located to go from straight up to full recline successfully?
Answer:Thank you for your inquiry. Our WholeBody 7.1 Massage Chair needs a 9-inch wall clearance.
Question:Does leg rest flip over
Answer:Yes. It has a lock on the side to keep it from floating when it is in either position.

I purchased The Human Touch Whole Body 7.1 for use in a workplace Wellness/Relaxation Room as a tool for reducing Compassion Fatigue. The chair is wonderful! It is compact (which was important to me- doesn’t overwhelm the room, and this room is on the second floor in a historic building, with a steep staircase), relatively attractive (for a massage chair), and delivers a GREAT massage! Everyone loves it! It gets constant use! The vinyl fabric (I got espresso) is attractive and seems high quality. I would highly recommend it.

I loved my Brookstone chair so much I replaced the motor years ago in lieu of getting a new chair. Others I had tried were too mild - I like a more intense message. I didn't want a spaceship looking chair. This chair is fantastic! I knew there was an option to remove the pad, but there is no need - it has plenty of intensity. It is similar to the Brookstone in terms of roller/kneading action, with a few more bells (foot message, longer footprint, etc). Came delivered in one large/heavy box. Brown is a deep espresso. I'm 5'08" and an athletic ~155lbs - I find it quite comfortable, but my 6'3" husband feels it is too small/narrow for him. Great purchase!

The recliner is a private masseuse, whenever needed. I’ve had it now for 2 weeks. So far I LOVE the chair. It is really something to look forward to every evening to wind down from the day before going to bed. Looks great!
