Very attractive chair. I bought this because of the reviews saying it goes hard, and they were right! So if you like deep harder massage, you will be happy with this chair! If you are fragile or don't like a deep hard touch, this chair will be too much for you. The company was very communicative about the delivery and messaged me a lot and even called to talk about assembly. They were great!

This is a very high quality massage chair. Taking delivery, it was well packaged and we experienced no damage whatsoever. We tried to get the white glove service to help move it to our 2nd level of our house, but due to scheduling issues, it did not work out. We found two strong men in our neighborhood to assist me. With a stairs hand truck purchased from Harbor Freight and two men on top of the box, and the big man push from below, we were able to manhandle this very heavy chair (in the box, with the arms removed) upto the 2nd floor. Once up there, the assembly was easy enough by watching the youtube video and taking about 30 minutes to an hour to finish. It powered and worked immediately. We have been using the various pre-programmed settings and we love the stretch one the best as it does stretch your entire body. The chinese and thai massage are similar, but also useful to work out the kinks in your joints. There have been complaints about the roughness of the spine massage, but I enjoy this level of massage, but if you can't take it they do provide a pretty good 2-layer back overlay to help. All in all, we are enjoying the chair everyday (with the two of us), and we anticipate many years of enjoyment ahead.

Enclosed foot massage works really well, 4d rollers are great, a lot of different massage programs to use. Heating on the back/shawl and feet are very useful. If the built-in massage programs are not enough, customization options are available. I preferred not to use the voice control. The calf roller does not work well on me as it barely reaches my calves. The ankle grabber can be a bit aggressive, but it really helps when pulling the foot down. Customer service is awesome, soon as I placed my order, they provided instructions and expectations on the delivery and installation and are very responsive to queries.

The list of what I like is so much longer than what I would say I dislike. I'll get the dislike out of the way. The assembly guide was pretty much non-existent, but it was fairly easy to figure out. When it completes a massage cycle it just shuts off and does not reset back so you can get out. You have to turn it back on, select a cycle, then turn the power off. Then it will go back to the neutral position so you can actually get out of the chair. It would also be nice if the heat and ionization functions could be defaulted on so I didn't have to try to free a hand that is now captured in one of the armholders to adjust the settings on every single cycle. Now for what I liked, The chair is comfortable. Does a very good job has a lot of functions and is very quiet. A lot of massage chairs are noisy when the motors operate, especially the compressor for the air functions. This one is not. You could easily have a television at a normal listening level. Be sitting in this chair and not disrupt anybody's viewing. It feels very solid. Has a lot of functions. My sister bought a Japanese branded chair for more than double this money and my one has more features and seems to do as good or better of a job

Hello. The chair was assembled today. My first-day experience is simply AWESOME and I am in love with this smart chair. I salute the brains behind this amazing technology. I hope the long-term experience with this chair is pleasant too. Now I am going back to get another massage on this chair :D

I've had the chair for about 3weeks now using it at least once per day, overall I'm satisfied! The programs are pretty good however I find myself using the manual modes more and more. I'm 6'3" 220lbs and size 12.5 shoes. My feet fit with a little room to spear but it's close. My legs are too long to fit completely in the calf section to feel the calf roller, and barley fit for the calf kneading function. You can angle the feet down which helps but not enough. Shipping was good, setup was easy. The base has wheels on the back so it can be moved around.

I bought this chair after reading about nearly every chair on the market. It was advertised as being heavy duty and having all of the feature’s that the most high end chairs have only better. I have had it for 3 Months now and everything they said was true. It has approximately 15 pre set massages that are specific to your needs which makes it ready to go right out of the box. The chair also has manual adjustments for range, intensity and more. For me one of the best parts is the enclosed boot for your feet, it massages your feet and applies heat at the same time to help with circulation. In addition, it has Bluetooth and voice activation. You can play music through the speakers and charge your phone while getting your massage. I love this chair and am so glad I bought it.

I would recommend this seller ANY DAY! It was dropped off in my driveway, when I called the seller, they took care of everything! It’s also a relaxing chair! Love It!
