I purchased this massage chair as a gift for my fiancee after several hours of research. NOTHING beats its features at this price. It has several features usually found in higher priced chairs and I definitely did not want to pay double or even triple what I paid for this. Some of the features are SL track, integrated bluetooth, built in heating pad, zero G, near zero clearance to recline and several massage modes; relaxation, shiatsu, tapping, stength, sleep among others...you can also manually control the massage for isolates spot treatment. My fiancee was so excited and said it is one of the best gifts I've given her and she uses it 2 to 3 time daily! If you're looking for premium features without breaking the bank purchase this chair!

Very pleased with purchase. A surprise gift for husband. Spent a lot of time researching massage chairs and settled on this one due to reviews and cost. Only oversight was not measuring door to basement. Fit through front door fine but interior door was narrower. Contemplated removing door jam BUT contacted vendor and learned arm rests CAN be removed. Video was sent. Husband was able to remove and chair fit easily down! Chair is less bulky than others and much more compact. Does resemble a space pod but works fine in our basement space. Plenty of room for zero gravity positioning. Great all over message and love the heat. Everyone in family uses and despite other reviews we find it comfortable to use as seating without massage. We are 1 week in but so far very pleased with purchase. If you aren’t handy with tools and physically agile, be sure to measure ALL door clearances before purchasing.

I have my own chair similar to this but older. This was purchased for my Mom (86 years of age). It is more comfortable than mine which was more expensive AND I had to assemble it. While this was not easy to get into the house by myself it was possible and we were able to simply plug it in and turn it on. She uses it at least every day. The chair adjusts to our smaller sized bodies and the remote is relatively easy to use- though could be more intuitive and save settings... she has to reset it every time. Mom has had it since July (now Dec) and so far there have been no problems. The company has been thoughtful and regularly checks to be sure we are happy. I shopped and agonized for weeks to pick the right chair, worrying because it is harder online, but I am convinced that the decision was the right one. This has all the features I wanted for her: smart sense for her small body, heating, zero gravity, remote control, bluetooth and more... AND it was assembled upon arrival.

This massage chair is a fairly good buy at the price. It has almost all the features of much higher priced chairs. The overall construction quality of the chair seems to be rather good. The chair is extremely heavy, much heavier than my previous massage chair. The SL back massage track works really well, although I would prefer if the back massage feature massaged just a bit harder. The air bags work perfectly for me, as you can adjust the amount of pressure via the remote. The interior space of the chair is a bit of a tight squeeze for a larger person, as I have very wide shoulders. This makes getting my arms into it a little difficult (the seat area is fine for me). One feature that I do absolutely love, is the foot massaging rollers. Some people complain it is too intense for them, but I think it's perfect.

I purchased this chair to replace the Human Touch chair I had for several years, which did not give a good massage range of motion. I miss the "stretch" function of the HT chair, though. The stretch on this chair is different than expected. I love that this massage track system goes down to the bottom of my bottom... and the feet massage is dreamy. The neck massage, unfortunately, is disappointing - unless I have not figured out how to make the "nobs" go into a narrow position for that function- it misses my neck! I can wiggle around to get some massage there, and I have played around with the remote to try to find how to get a narrow position for the neck. The remote is challenging to adjust while my hands are in the arm pockets: it would be nice to set an adjustment and then push start for that reason. Lastly, the heat is complimentary to the massage for relaxation. Everyone that comes over remarks on my "space capsule" and nearly everyone wants to enjoy the experience.

This was a Christmas present to myself. It arrived today. 300 lbs. and dropped off on the driveway. I'm impatient and want instant gratification, so rather than wait for help, my 11 year old daughter and I jury-rigged a system, and with some creative rocking and pushing and use of The Force™, we got the the package up my front steps and through the front door. I easily got the chair unpacked and put in place. My cat doesn't even inspect it. He instantly loves it so much, he jumps up in it and pees. It's his now. And this is why we can't have nice things... Later, it's time to try it out! I start with the default auto massage - relaxing. So good, and and around every turn there is a new squeeze or sensation. My second try was the stretching massage. This one made me nervous. I thought better of using this one again while home alone. One malfunction of the machine and you could be boa constricted into oblivion. If you are into bondage, this one might be for you (wink, wink). Now I'm breaking the rules, exceeding the daily recommended limit of 30 minutes, but let's keep going. By the third massage, healthy, I was convinced they sent me a better product than the one I ordered. This machine has so many more moves than other massage chairs I've used. By the end of the night, with a few breaks, I had tried all six auto massages. Mild, like stretching, was a little squeezy for my taste, but the other four modes were glorious. The machine isn't quiet, but its sounds are very pleasant, whishing and whirring. The pillow pressure is great. I wish the rollers were a little more forceful, and they may be as the pleather breaks in, I imagine.

The chair over all is a really good buy. You can't beat it for the price. We have had a couple of our friends try it out when they came to visit. Everyone has loved it and one had even purchased one as soon as she came off the chair. It's a good buy. Delivery was good. Communication with the seller was good. The chair overall is still working strong 4 months later. The chair is used daily by my wife and our two sons 15 and 14. As of today we have had no issues. This is a honest review and it hope it helps with your purchase.

Once I unboxed it it unfortunately would not fit through the garage door and my front door is about a 2 or 300 yard hike around the block. This really pissed me off as it should have been delivered to my front door which is wide enough to get it inside. Once we got past all of this and got it plugged up the wife sat in it and got her first massage and was mind blown at how well it worked. I the skeptic then got in it and was also in for the surprise of my life. It was recommended To Us by my chiropractor due to it having something called an RL track (I think). I had been wanting to get one for about 6 months and he and I waited until he found the perfect one at the right price. This is by far the best thing I've ever been able to purchase with my HSA in my life. Pull the trigger I promise you you will not regret it, friends and my employees stop by the house randomly to chit chat but always end up saying care if I grab a massage before I leave? Lol we know why they're really coming by! 😂

This chair gives great massages and has been a hit with everyone who has come to my house and tried it. The SL track is longer then most reaching from your shoulder blades to the bottom of your butt, it does not however reach your thighs. It has multiple massage techniques and ample airbags which can be used with default programs or individually selected and turned on and off.
