Best bread machine ever! Dual heaters and dual beaters are a must! Quiet and makes the best bread... I would recommend this to anyone especially if it is the first time buying a bread machine,,, well made and worth every dollar!

I absolutely LOVE this bread machine! The Zojirushi Virtuoso Plus is so simple to use. It comes with a small recipe book that fills most of my needs. (Would love to see some more fruit type breads). I have made over a dozen breads and they have all come out perfectly! I just add the few ingredients needed, set it, and go. Before I know it, my home is filled with the scent of freshly baked bread. Now, I will warn you, this makes a very large loaf. If you are looking for a more standard sized loaf, move down to their 1lb bread machines as this makes a nice 2 lb loaf.

I've only had the bread machine a short time but I seems to be a very quality build , and make great bread.... like most things, there is a learning curve to the process. Recommend this machine if your looking for great big bread loafs .

We couldn’t be happier with this machine. Love that we can set it and forget it and have beautiful bread in a few hours. Before doing by hand was such a lengthy process. Now, just put ingredients in and the machine does all the work. Made pizza dough with it too and look forward to making jam in it as well.

I love this bread machine. I bake all our bread now! The vegan setting and all the other settings help a lot. I use the dough setting when making pita bread.

Thirty years ago, my hubby bought me a Zojirushi Bread Machine for our first anniversary. It worked like a charm up until about a year and a half ago when I opted to donate it before we moved. We live in a very remote location in the desert and 'just picking up bread' from the store isn't an option, so I wanted a good bread machine that could handle a lot of baking and would last. Naturally, I went with Zojirushi. While I haven't baked with it yet, it arrived today and was packaged beautifully with excellent recipes and documentation. There are cheaper options out there, but this machine is top notch quality, just like my first machine 30 years ago.

Enjoying this bread maker very much! I owned a smaller one for about 30 years. Easy to use and I like the double paddles along with the “slandered loaf appearance.” I weigh my ingredients and have a very good rise in each loaf. I like the options of setting loaf appearance, light, medium or dark. I would recommend this bread maker highly!

I love homemade baguettes, but making them by hand takes a lot of work and time. I decided to invest in a bread machine. I am very pleased with the loaves that come out of this machine; the loaves are perfectly shaped, evenly colored, golden brown and most importantly taste great. Besides toasting great bread, this machine is very stable and quiet which is a big plus.

Amazing to watch the process thru the window and impressed so far with the quality of this bread machine. Very stable, didn't budge thru any of the mixing or kneading and surprised how quiet it is. Researched before purchasing and decided the Zoziruchi & 2nd heating element was the way to go for us. Just followed the recipes & tips and my 1st attempt turned out great as you can see in photo. So far each loaf I've made has turned out perfect. There is nothing like the smell & taste of fresh bread and following the directions, recipes and measuring utensils, all which are included made it pretty easy to sit back and enjoy.
