A:"Our bathtubs come with a pop-up drain already installed and overflow already integrated into the drain. The preferred method would be to attach the bottom of the drain to your floor drain with rigid plumbing. The flexible drain hose is an optional piece only to be used if you have no access underneath the bathtub. One end screws onto the bottom of the bathtub drain and the other end to your floor drain using a transition piece, compression fitting, or clamping fitting you can get from any Home Improvement store."

A:"No water weighs over 8 lbs. per gallon. However, some do secure bathtub leveling feet to the floor using silicone for added security when there's no water in the bathtub."
