Love it! We still have some styling to do around it but it works perfectly in our space. It was SO easy to set up and came very quickly. Can’t wait until Christmas when we can hang our stockings and decorate the mantle!

We upgraded to the Hillcrest fireplace. We are so happy with how it fits perfect in our sitting room and the heating elements are great. We place the thermo on 75 and it heats the whole room. We also like how you can change the fire color and height. There are numerous settings on the remote control. Was easy to assemble the fire place mantel and the heating element slips right in. It also shipped separate.

This fireplace heater is beautiful and stately. The color of the wood is much darker than the online picture was, but I am pleased with the richness of the color. It is the statement piece I’d wanted. It gives off enough heat to heat my living room, kitchen and sunroom! I wasn’t expecting that! It was easy to assemble, and I have a gorgeous piece of furniture that I will cherish for many years to come.

Exceptional fire place!! Very well built. Very easy to assemble. I wish they had a lighter tone of wood to choose from. I’ve made a little change to the looks of mine adding bricks to the front of the panel.

The mantel arrived chipped. I called the manufacturer and they sent a replacement part ASAP. We love the fireplace.
