Hello, I bought this massage chair for my wife, who at times works a lot of office hours. First, delivery was delivered ahead of schedule, and it was delivered safely and professionally. Once I had in my house, I was amazed on how excellent the massage chair is, my wife immediately hoped in the chair and is very satisfied with the different functions of the chair, and I was satisfied with the good quality chair is. If you are looking for a good quality, and the different functions of a massage chair, I would look no further.

This Irest is my second massage chair. My other massage chair is made by Best Massage. They are both SL track massagers. It looks and feels high quality. There are big differences in the chairs. Whereas the BM chair has simpler program choices , adjustments , an aggressive and vigorous shiatsu massage feel. This iRest chair has twice the program choices, a longer SL track to get halfway to my knees, and a subtle massage feel. At first I was disappointed with the massage compared to the feel of the Best Massage. But after a few sessions , and a combination of the area/method programs I noticed a better relief of soreness and tightness in muscle groups than the Best Massage. To better explain, compare two linaments. One off the shelf that you can really feel the heat within a minute of putting it on and you get some relief, and another that takes about 10 minutes to sink in and then you to start feel the medicine , but it erases the pain and inflammation for hours. I'm not completely familiar with all of the controls and massage program combinations yet. But so far I'm really liking it.

This amazing massage chair was delivered today. We were using it within 30 minutes. So many setting options and very easy to use. Stretch mode is my favorite, the chair stretches your legs out as it rotates back into zero gravity position and the rollers go up your spine to stretch your back and neck before kneading back down, all while getting an amazing foot massage. Soooo worth every penny and we will be enjoying it every day. Listening to Chris Stapleton while massage chair chillin is now my fave self care!

I am extremely happy with the overall experience with the chair. First of all the packaging and delivery experience was fantastic. The chair came preassembled out of the box (only the foot message part needed to be attached) and the delivery was done in the room of our choice. Coming to the message function of the chair, everyone in our household enjoys it a lot and finds it very relaxing and soothing. We are yet to explore all the different message settings but the presets are quite good. We specially like the heating function and the SL track that goes along all the way from the top of shoulders to the buttocks. The bluetooth speakers are nice but they can pair with only one device at a time, that is a minor irritant. Also the instruction manual is not that good and more operational details can be included. But overall, its an excellent product.
