From start to finish this was a “class A” experience. They contacted me about my specific situation, washer and dryer, and laundry room. They truly wanted to be sure they made it custom for my house. The thing I like most about the product itself is the custom look! We have a high end house with a lot of custom trim work and this stand looks like it came with the house. Our laundry room is right off the kitchen so it’s easily seen and this makes a great impression! The other feature we love is that it creates more room for us and allows for a much more functional room. It is a little pricey but if you would rather spend time with your family than make a washer stand and want something well built with a great custom look, I would recommend this 100%. The communication through the process was old school. You just don’t get this type of customer service these days. All the way down to the delivery driver!!
