After you receive this item, you may have some difficulties. We will summarize them as follows:
- The ebike are pre-installed 85%, and the rest of the is relatively simple.
Note: Do not install the front and rear wheel backwards.
- Please use the key to open the battery lock first before use; then long press the power on button to start, the screen lighting up indicates the bike is started successfully;
- Then, if you turn the throttle doesn't work, please unlock the throttle first (the throttle disabled is for riders safety).
The method of unlocking the throttle is very simple:
- When the screen does not light up (before pressing the switch button), turn the throttle to the end, and press the brake lever at the same time;
- Then press the switch button to start the bike, the screen lights up, start counting 10 seconds;
- After 10 seconds, release the throttle and brake lever;
- Then increase the gear to 1 or above, and then turn the throttle will work.

This bike is a Tank; took 5 hours to charge and this thing is ripping me on pavement and grass easily 25 mph. Really durable and fast. (I haven’t even touched the settings to make it go even faster;). Will definitely grab one for my mother! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The assembly went well with all identified parts included. I had to do the double take on aligning and tightening the handle bar unit with the front fork.i needed to use my tools to tighten the front fender screw. Riding the bike is moving along fine. My rides are becoming smoother as I move from pedal -> to pedal assist -> to throttle -> and low to no assist at the end of the ride. So far, I have been very happy with this product. As a senior citizen, this electric bike has allowed me to travel further and faster than I have been able to do with my standard bikes.

I am very happy with it I would definitely recommend it. It's also Bigger than I expected in a good way. You won't be disappointed if you looking to get around or to get out and have some fun.

Overall, I'm very happy with this bike. I've ridden this bike without using any electric assist just to see how hard it is to pedal. Surprisingly, it's not hard to pedal at all! I even pedaled up some medium hills without too much effort. Steep hills are another matter- it only has 1 front ring gear so you wouldn't want to pedal up a steep hill without the motor helping you. One thing I recommend is adding a smartphone holder and rearview mirror to the handlebar. In all, you will not be disappointed with this bike!

I bought this bike because the fat tires would add comfort and ability to ride off the paved paths. It has an upright riding position and a comfortable seat. It has a powerful motor. It folds if you are able to lift a heavy 68 lb bike into your car or truck. It came with a dented fender and the wires to the back brake light or tail light (it’s been a while) was cut which made no sense while assembling. My husband spliced them together and we decided we would rather enjoy this bike now then send it back over a dented fender and cut wires.
