Customer questions & answers
Question:Do the seat move
Answer:Yes, up and down. You can use as small storage !
Question:Hello, what s the length of this bike, thank you.
Answer:From the back of the front tire to the front of the front tire the bike is 4'. The seat is 21" off the ground. My son is 8 years old and rides it comfortably. I would say this is ideal for the typical 8-12 year old kid. My son really loves it and we are comfortable with his safety provided that he wears a helmet and shoes. Hope that helps!
Question:How fast does this go?
Answer:The Pocket Mod max speed is 15mph.
Question:Do you have to build it
Answer:Yes, it has to be put together. My husband is fairly handy. It took it about 45 min to put it all together. The instructions clear and easy to understand. By the way, my daughter loves her razor!
Question:How long does this charge for?
Answer:We recommend an initial charge of 12 hours and recharge time between 6-8 hours.

Man oh man. I LOVE this scooter. So so so so so FAST!!! It is even PINK! (My FAVE color) only complaints is I thought the light would work at night but it did not, and the battery in the scooter goes from 14 mph to like 4 mph (even at full charge in like 25 minutes). (Ps Remember to to AT LEAST wear a helmet ⛑)
Da*****ieI had bought 2 of the red pocket sport mods for my twin girls for Christmas this year.I could not find a better deal anywhere else than here. This company had cheaper prices and they didn't charge shipping.I live in Hawaii and it is hard to find that. The set up was super easy, I am a mom and the only thing that had to be put together were the handlebars, 5 minutes tops.Although the cartons they were shipped in were quite a challenge to get open. The second one I opened the back fender was all cracked and broken.Being gifts for under the tree the next morning, I had to put them both out or I would never hear the end of it.The broken part had no effect on it's ability to go anywhere, and when I finally got in touch with Razor (because of the holiday)they were more than happy to assist me.They are sending a new part to replace the broken one. They are really good little scooters, they are quick and the girls love to zoom around the neighborhood on them. They keep a good charge, and although it says they only keep a charge for 30 minutes, my girls can ride them for a good hour and half non stop and they are still pretty good.My girls are 11 1/2 but they are very small for their age, maybe that is why.Anyhow I completely reccommend this product to anyone who is thinking about buying them.Even the kids in the neighborhood that have electric scooters, like this one much better because they look like real little mopeds, they are fast.We are very happy with our purchase.
Di*****uldI bought this scooter for my daughter for her 11th birthday. Here’s the deal: At first look, I thought, “Ugh. This is too small for her (she is 4 ft 10 inches and about 90 lbs). She looked too big on it. Then she took it for a test drive, and it really had some get up and go! She is in LOVE with this thing. I definitely wouldn’t allow a child under 10 to ride this scooter independently around town as it gets up around 15 mph I bet. I WILL say, however, that we live in a VERY hilly town. There is not much level riding. When I get on it at 130 lbs, it works to get up big hills - It makes it, but it’s working hard. If I was riding it on a flatter path, it would be fine for me but if you have hilly terrain, you would be pushing its limits w someone my weight. I would say this item is best suited for 10 - 13 yr olds under 5 ft 4 inches weighing under 120 lbs.
M***KI purchased this scooter for my daughters 9th birthday. I was hesitant on the quality and if I’d have issues. A month later, there has been no issues at all. I was afraid of the motor or battery giving out but it’s still in great shape. We purchased the warranty for piece of mind but luckily haven’t had to use it
M***KI bought this for my daughters six year birthday. I was very hesitant because the parameters stated 13 or older. But in the end I ended up getting the moped and she loves it! I am still unsure of how a 13-year-old can ride it because it would seem pretty small, but my daughter got the hang of it. She still needs a helmet and pads on, for my reassurance, however it is great for her. She’s had it for about three weeks and no issues as of yet. It charges and it last for as long as she intends to ride it. We also like it because she has siblings who ride with her on the back and they both fit (2). Her older sister is eight years old and rides it perfectly. I would recommend it and gave the review because I bought it for my six-year-old who can ride it pretty well. It also holds up to all her roughness as well. She loves it a lot!
R***iPerfect for a little pit scooter! I'm 5 foot 3 and 100 pounds and it works well for me!
*What can I say? What 7/11 year old doesn't want this? Our little punki is the coolest kid on the block! Box it big You put on back tire (easy) and fit steering column in, charge and it's ready Runs great! Not a scratch, issue or mark on it Storage under seat was enough for her Phone a jacket and sometime a water bottle Comes with stickers to put their name along with other fun emoji type to add as well Our 9 year old seems scared at first, she is tinier than most kids her age Once I explained 2 fingers on brake at all times, showed her how to go slow brake stop and keep doing that, less than 5 minutes she took off with a big woohooo! All the kids in neighborhood want to ride it 😜. Rides up down sidewalks great, on grass, over rocks and so on. I recommend this purchase. It's a hit.
K**iThis is my first electric scooter and I have to say it was super easy to assemble and is super cute! Smaller than I thought it would be but I'm 32 5'5 & 150lbs and it rides great. Its nice and light weight and goes pretty darn fast. The gear to operate is on the right side and you just pull it back and it goes the breaks that are located on the left hand side work great but there's not much wiggle room anywhere pretty tight fit for me. It has a small kick stand on the bottom that is easy to function and it comes with the charger witch is also easy to use and plug in for optimal use. I would recommend this to anyone who needs something to get them around town close to their homes. I also like that it has a little storage area under the seat for a lock or small items. So far after riding it all the way around my neighborhood and some it didn't loose power or slow down on me and stayed cruising. The directions were kind of hard to understand so I just went on Youtube and watched a quick video on how to properly assemble.
