Question:How fast does it go?
Answer:Not sure on the exact speed but under 10mph. I feel it is the right speed for 7-10 year olds, JT once they get used to it they could handle faster. But it is a very good product and tons of fun for kids.
Question:how much is the battery charged when shipped new?
Answer:It comes with just a slight charge. You need to charge the unit 12 hours for the 1st initial charge to make sure the battery gets a full charge.

Answer:This product is not designed for wet or icy riding conditions. Do not ride the Dirt Quad 500 in wet or icy weather and never immerse the
electric four wheeler in water, as the electrical and drive components could be
damaged by water or create other possible unsafe conditions
Question:Can you adjust the max speed for a child learning to ride?
Answer:There are throttle limiters available from online shops that are plug and play. I added one and adjusted the brakes to where they rub for my 3 year old grandson to learn, acts no different than any powerwheels vehicle.
Question:Does this ship fully assembled?
Answer:Yes. Just have to straighten handlebars. They come rotated down out of the way.

We've had this thing for a year or two now. Its friggin awesome. It's not super fast but fast enough. Great for kids learning to ride or adults trying to escape your kids or in-laws. XD

We have a very nervous child and this is helping him to learn how to ride. It can go fast or slow and is easier to control than most. When fully charged it will hold an adult and child.

I’m happy I purchased this item for my 9 year old, I did read the reviews first so I also got the warranty. My son loves his ride, I tried it as well it’s fast. Oh and it’s a big size it’s not little.

These are very fun little beginner quads with plenty of power to pull hills and look amazing! Purchased two of these quads to go along with my son’s Suzuki LTZ50. Overall happy with them. My son and his friends get excellent run time out of them and have a blast!
